Cats & Dog welcome! 2 pets max per apartment.

Specific dog breeds will require a pet interview conducted with you by management for approval prior to move-in:
Pit Bull Terriers, Staffordshire Terriers, Rottweilers, German Shepherds, Presa Canarios, Chows Chows, Doberman Pinschers, Akitas, Wolf-hybrids, Mastiffs, Cane Corsos, Great Danes, Alaskan Malamutes, and Siberian Huskies

Associated Costs:
One-time non-refundable pet fee: $300 (due at move-in)
Pet rent: $50/month per pet

Our community utilizes the PooPrints DNA Waste Management Program, and all dogs living within the community are required to be registered by our team upon move-in.
