Each leaseholder is issued a parking permit upon moving in. If not returned upon move-out or misplaced, the cost for a new permit is $100.
All vehicles are to be registered and any vehicle charges must be reported to avoid a tow.
Parking is managed during site business hours. Due to city ordinances in place, management is unable to effectively manage parking outside of business hours.
Visitor parking is not available onsite and all visitors are expected to use nearby street parking.
ALL vehicles found inoperable will be towed after 24 hours of tagging vehicle.
